December 7th, 2009 - March 28th 2010 Monday through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays by appointment.
March 30th, 2010- December 6th, 2010 Daily from 11 a.m to 5 p.m.

The tasting room is a unique reconstruction of an 1890s log cabin that was rescued from destruction and relocated from partners Ray and Diana Goff's Montana ranch. The recycled logs are now serving their third life! It is believed they were first part of a railroad trestle, but were then salvaged for use in a homesteading family's cabin. They are now reassembled in the tasting room just as they were in the cabin. The walls are adorned with newspapers found in the cabin, some of which date back to the late 1800s.
