Yoga + Biking Retreat

Pedal. Stretch. Breathe. All in Wondrous Walla Walla! This is your opportunity to remove yourself from the stresses of your daily routine, connect with like-minded souls, breathe in fresh air, move your body and participate in a weekend of true wellness!

We will have two cycling routes each day - one longer and one shorter - depending on how much cycling you want to do. Both routes will start and finish in the same place. Your instructor, Katja, is not only a skilled, attentive, and passionate Yoga instructor with the highest Yoga Alliance certification (and many additional trainings), but is also an avid cyclist and triathlete who has raced for National League and State conferences for her native Bavaria, Germany.

Our weekend begins with a casual get together on Friday evening, followed by a sweet, sweaty yoga class with plenty of opportunity for challenging your edge or taking it easy. The following morning yoga practice will end with fresh, organic, and locally produced juices straight from the farm. A long morning of riding on Saturday will culminate at Amavi Cellars, one of Walla Walla's most loved estate wineries, where we will taste their current releases, tour the winery, and enjoy a relaxing, catered lunch overlooking the vineyard. Before heading in to enjoy your evening, you will be led through a simple and delicious practice at the winery to release and reinvigorate tired muscles. After a great meal, music, and fun night out in Walla Walla, the group will rejoin on Sunday for another morning yoga session, farm fresh juice, and satisfying cycling adventure before heading back to the studio to work out those tired muscles one last time.

What's included : All (5) group yoga sessions, (2) group cycling adventures, morning post-practice juice (1/day/person), group wine tasting on Saturday, group winery tour, Saturday catered lunch, sag van on Saturday & Sunday, yoga props (blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters).

What's not included : Any wine you purchase, meals and activities outside of the group itinerary

What to bring : Your yoga mat (Revolver has several rental mats - but not enough for the entire group), your bicycle, helmet, appropriate & comfortable clothing for cycling (including shoes), yoga clothes, something to change into for dinners out in Walla Walla (we are a typical PNW clothing kind of place), a water bottle, any energy packs/chews/etc. you enjoy and need.

Rental road bikes and hybrid bikes are available via Allegro Cyclery for a really reasonable price. You can bring your own pedals and hook them up!
