We are excited to welcome Wild Thyme Mobile Bistro, who has created four unique dishes to pair with the debut of our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2023 Les Collines Syrah (Two food options are included with your ticket).

2023 Les Collines Syrah

• Moussaka – Greek casserole of eggplant & potato, tomato-meat sauce, and béchamel
• Roasted Beet Salad with Crispy Quail Leg & Sherry Vinaigrette (vegetarian option available without quail)

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon

• Kobe Beef, Bacon & Blue Cheese Burgerette
• Creamy Mushroom Pappardelle (vegetarian option)
