Can I Redeem My Loyalty Points on My Wine Club Order?

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on wine club orders. Points are earned on qualifying purchases, including your twice yearly Wine Club allotments. Earned loyalty points enhance the benefits of your membership throughout the year by rewarding you for continued membership.

Can I Redeem My Loyalty Points Online?

You can view your loyalty points balance online in your account when logged in and redeem points for certain products online, such as the Amavi Cellars Wine Tasting Kits and our Wine + Gift Sets.

How do I Use My Loyalty Points to Purchase Wine?

There are currently not options for redemption of points towards individual wine purchases, although there are plans to offer this in the future. Your earned loyalty points can be redeemed year-round in our Tasting Rooms for benefits such as additional complimentary tastings, extra savings on food or merchandise, and others. From time to time, certain wines may be offered as an option for point redemption. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when these offers are happening.

How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points if I Don't Live Near Your Tasting Rooms?

What is a "Qualifying Purchase?"

All wine, food, merchandise, and gift sets purchased from Amavi Cellars count towards earning Loyalty Points. Shipping and Sales Tax excluded.

Do My Loyalty Points Expire?

The Loyalty Program is a benefit of membership in an eligible Amavi Cellars Wine Club. As such, earned loyalty points do not expire as long as an active membership is maintained.

What Happens to My Points if My Membership is Cancelled?

If your membership in the Amavi Cellars Wine Club is cancelled (either by your written request or from inactivity), any unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited.
