Sip the Trio: A Progressive Tasting Showdown returns for its second year, bringing together Amavi Cellars, Pepper Bridge Winery, and Caprio Cellars for an afternoon of wine, food, and friendly competition in the heart of Walla Walla wine country.

This progressive tasting experience invites guests to travel between all three tasting rooms, enjoying a featured wine and expertly paired bite at each stop. Every pairing is thoughtfully designed to showcase the connection between food and wine while highlighting the unique style of each winery.

As the experience unfolds, guests will have the chance to decide which pairing deserves the title of Sip the Trio Champion. At the final stop, cast your vote for your favorite pairing of the day. The winning winery will earn bragging rights, and the winning recipe will be shared so you can recreate the experience at home.

Expect an afternoon filled with exceptional wines, creative culinary pairings, beautiful winery settings, and plenty of memorable moments along the way.

Amavi Cellars:

Lamb Bordelaise with shallots, thyme, parsley, and bone marrow, served alongside a fondant potato and a touch of creamy spinach.

Zucchini–corn fritter with fresh tomatoes, tzatziki, feta,

and grilled kebab skewer.
